At some time in the past one of the regular software upgrades seems to have done us no favours and lost a whole series of attachments. Thanks for reporting; sometimes we can find a copy and re-upload. I'll try to see if I can find.....
I have now reinstated the attachment re POSA, but all the others in this thread seem to be ok; which other one(s) do you think claimed not to exist?
