I have skim read it and whereas it confirms that TCUs have various advantages compared with ETUs (including having all the electronic equipment in the locations well away from the track) I don't think that it has anything that can help answer your question.
I have included a few small extracts from some relevant diagrams in case they are of interest.
Some more re test values. These relate to UK standard gauge, 1432mm (or whatever it is now actually defined to be; for me it will always be "4ft 8 and a half inches") rather than applicable to India- also a reminder that may not be up to date.
However I don't think any of this actually helps you one iota, but I have certainly learnt something in the process!
