I have asked Mark Watson Walker & Colin Porter to place them on the IRSE's website quite a while ago now; if I get to IRSE London meeting next week then I will gently remind.
I have actually acquired copies from a friendly member of the exam committee. The IRSE does not want us to place the papers on this website en masse but is happy that we include specific questions for discussion etc.
