Unable to access Study Packs

Note that all the official Study Pack is from 2014 made available by the IRSE on the members' area of www.irse.org; if you are having difficulties accessing this please contact with the IRSE. I think you may have been attempting to download from a Dropbox link on which I had placed the Mod 2 Study Pack

I'm unable to access the webpage on which the study packs are located, if anyone can help me in gaining access to these it would be much appreciated. Attached is a screen capture of the error message I get when I click the link from PJW's post.
