driver sighting in depot

I find some information in internet. However, I would like to clarify if the driver sighting distance to the following equipment in depot is correct or not. The train is controlled manually.
If it is in wrong, in normal, what is their best distance (range) in depot?

• shunt signal 200m(min)
• stencil route indicator 200m(min)
• theatre indicator theatre 200m(min)
