Thanks; in parallel I have tried a second tack via the examiners. Apparently a piece has been written for IRSE News explaining the proposed changes which was to be ratified by Council before publication. Since this has yet to happen, it is a matter of finding whether it is just taking "time in the pipeline" or whether it has been modified or rejected
