Exam Review 08: Written Questions hints and tips

Some information from the exam review session:

Module 1 headline comments:

1. Read the question
   
2. Do not write out the question (the examiner knows what was set)
   
3. Write legibly (there were one or two cases where they struggled to read it)
   
4. Observe the mark breakdown (it was put in a couple of years ago at the request of candidates but still people ignore it)
   

Good tips from those in the know.

I tried to get the official minutes for use next weekend at Signet Derby; unfortunately they are not yet available. The reality is of course that veryone is a volunteer and priority has had to be given to getting the exam papers set, but personally I am disappointed to say the least that it is so close to this year's exam without the feedback re last year being published. All I can say is that I am putting on what pressure I reasonably can.
