From memory, it is similar to that used on DLR. Does the IRSE Metro Signalling book have much more information?
Victoria line is Invensys DTG (Distance-To-Go) as was the rest of Metronet supposed to be. However, the contract for resignalling is out for tender. I believe the SSL portion is being resignalled using more traditional LU practice, in the mean time, to support the new S7/S8 stock.
