Which module first?

I am thinking of joining as an associate member, and working towards the module1, do you think this is advantageous in my career.

Yes but I wouldn't advise doing module 1 first, but do one of the other ones initially.

Which module would you deem as appropriate, I was under the impression that you had to do mod1 first (compulsory) before you could do any others, what is the best for a beginner. I will be learning from home as my work on the infrastructure limits me to any sort of luxuries like study groups sadly, what literature etc do you receive once you have applied and decided upon your module?
