Thanks for this Merlin. This is very useful info. and make it easier for the likes of me to get started. I've borrowed a copy of the OS Nock book from a colleague so I'm diving and should be submitting some attempts at the 2004 paper soon. (Just trying to balance my time between this and a or mod 2 paper!)
