If you have access to NR standards, there is a whole suite of stuff on "safe system of work planning" and there are task specific risk assessments in the maintenance documentation suite. Searching on "risk assessment" either on connect or IHS, whichever you have access to. If you are not looking for the NR context, or do not have access to either of those sources, I am not sure where you would look.
