Some notes I have created for myself however it does contain excerpts from NR specs so if not allowed on the forum please accept my apologies. However if you find it useful and have some comments for more input or inaccuracies please let me know it's a work in progress and a bit rough around the edges all input is valuable.

Biggest file size that PHP upload allows is 2MB. Sorry, that is the code system that runs this forum so I can't change it!

I have split the file into 4 sections so you can download into one file.
